Luxury real estate developer Supreme Universal has secured development rights for one acre land parcel off Carter Road at Bandra in Mumbai with an estimated revenue potential of around ₹1,500 crore, the company said in a press statement.The upcoming project will see construction of one of tallest towers in the neighbourhood and will have private sea facing terrace for each residence.The development adds to Supreme Universal’s growing portfolio of luxury residential projects in one of most coveted micro markets in the city.“Finding a land parcel of this scale in Bandra West, particularly so close to the coastline, is increasingly rare.
