The suit claims a middle-aged male employee groomed, sexually harassed, and raped Bolleau, who was a minor at the time, in Salt Lake City and on a flight back to California. According to the filing, Disney permitted a sexually hostile environment on set and ignored clear signs that Bolleau was being abused by the employee. Bolleau alleges that Disney executives blamed her for being out of control on set, failed to provide medical care, and ultimately harmed her acting career. The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court and is seeking unspecified damages.
