Attending her first ever job interview at the age of 16, Lauren Disney felt terrified and took her mother along for moral support – even relying on her to do the talking.
“I had just finished my GCSEs and wanted a little summer job to keep me busy,” Lauren, now 19, said. “It just so happened that a Domino’s was being built in our village a two-minute walk away from where I live.”
Lauren, who lives in Stanton, Norfolk, applied and got a job.

She underwent training but was so worried that everyone else would know more than her, she created flash cards of all the pizzas and made pretend toppings to practice with at home.
