Ground robotic systems have carried out more than 100,000 missions this year

This year, units of Ukraine’s Defense Forces have carried out more than 100,000 logistics and evacuation missions using ground robotic systems (GRSs).

Ukrinform reported this, citing the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

All GRS missions are recorded in the DELTA combat management system.

According to Defense Minister Yevhenii Khmara, the lives and health of service members are of paramount value, while technology is needed to give Ukrainian defenders an advantage and minimize risks to personnel.

Ground drones help put this principle into practice by delivering ammunition, food, and water instead of personnel in the most dangerous areas of the front, as well as evacuating wounded and fallen service members.
