MANILA, Philippines — The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) cleared Negros Electric Power Corp. of a reported breach of the allowable system loss limit after admitting it had wrongly labeled the company as noncompliant.
In a statement, ERC clarified that Negros Power only secured its franchise recently following its deal with the rural electric cooperative.
