The 46-year-old actor was advised by his therapist to record 10 positive moments daily, a practice he says trained his brain to look for the good in life. Goldstein, who won back-to-back Emmy awards in 2021 and 2022 for playing Roy Kent in the Apple TV comedy, acknowledged that he still works to maintain a positive outlook on darker days. In an interview with Men's Health UK, he also discussed overcoming societal pressures around masculinity and learning the value of emotional vulnerability.
