The Trump administration is reportedly planning to rescind up to 200,000 business and tourism visas, the Associated Press reports.The alleged plan could amount to the largest mass cancelation of visas in U.S. history.“We are coordinating with [the Department of Homeland Security] to identify and revoke the nonimmigrant visas of foreigners who have come to the United States claiming to be short-term visitors, but then file for asylum to stay here permanently,” State Department spokesman Tommy Pigott told the AP.The mass cancelation would apply to individuals who applied for B1 and B2 visas between 2016 and 2026 then sought asylum, according to the outlet.
