Current Guardant Reveal, Shield products excluded from final District Court order

Guardant Health, Inc. (Nasdaq: GH), a leading precision oncology company, today announced it will appeal the final judgment from the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware related to intellectual property claims brought against Guardant by TwinStrand Biosciences, Inc. and University of Washington, with execution of the final judgment and collection of potential royalties stayed pending appeal.
