MakeMyTrip and Axis Bank on Monday announced a partnership to offer exclusive travel discounts to Axis Bank credit card holders during long weekends and peak holiday periods through March 2027.Under the arrangement, customers booking on the MakeMyTrip platform and paying with an Axis Bank credit card will receive a flat 10 per cent instant discount on domestic flights, capped at ₹1,800, and up to 15 per cent off on domestic hotel bookings, capped at ₹5,000.Holiday packages will attract an additional 5 per cent instant discount over and above MakeMyTrip’s existing offers, capped at ₹20,000. Similar benefits will extend to international flights and hotels, buses, cabs, and tours and attractions.The programme covers eight long weekend periods, beginning with Gandhi Jayanti (October 2–4, 2026) and running through Good Friday (March 26–28, 2027), also covering Dussehra, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Republic Day, and Holi.
