Ten Ukrainian service members have returned to Ukraine via Belarus as part of a special stage of a prisoner exchange.

President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

According to him, the returnees are service members of the Armed Forces and National Guard of Ukraine who defended the country in the Donetsk sector.

“All of them had been considered missing in action. And it is very important that we managed to bring them back,” Zelensky said.

He thanked everyone “who works every day to bring our people home. We remember each and every person who remains in captivity. We are searching for every name. And we will do everything to free them and bring them home.”
