DES MOINES, United States—Increasing investments in innovation can boost agricultural production globally, including in the Philippines, to ensure long-term food security, according to the World Food Prize Foundation.
“The World Food Prize Foundation has watched the global community pour resources, time, and effort into fighting food insecurity in the Philippines but more awareness, innovation, and investment are needed,” a WFP official told the Inquirer in an email correspondence.
