Actor Kim Soo-hyun drew cheering and tearful fans in Indonesia as he made his first official public appearance in more than a year. His agency shared photos showing him surrounded by flowers and gifts, following his guest appearance on RCTI’s 37th anniversary live show. The visit comes as he resumes overseas activities amid continuing legal disputes over past allegations. His next major overseas fan meeting is scheduled for Oct. 2 in Manila.

After more than a year without public appearances, actor Kim Soo-hyun was greeted by cheering and sometimes tearful fans in Indonesia, with piles of flowers and gifts offering a glimpse of the overseas fandom welcoming his visit.
A day after Kim made his first official public appearance since suspending his activities, his agency, Gold Medalist, shared two photos on its official social media account Monday.
The photos show Kim surrounded by flowers and gifts apparently sent by fans during his visit to Indonesia. In one, he smiles while holding a large bouquet, while in another, he flashes a victory sign toward the camera.
