On the night of Monday, August 24, drones attacked warehouse and logistics facilities of the Ozon marketplace in several southern regions of Russia.

Ukrinform reported this, citing the BBC’s Russian Service.

“Following the fall of UAV fragments in the Kumtorkalinsky District, an infrastructure facility was damaged, and a fire broke out in warehouse premises,” Dagestan head Fyodor Shchukin wrote on social media.

Ozon confirmed a drone attack on one of its warehouses. According to preliminary reports, several people were injured. Operations at the warehouse were suspended due to the fire.

Meanwhile, Adygea head Murat Kumpilov said that a fire broke out at an Ozon logistics center in the Takhtamukaysky District as a result of the strikes. Firefighting crews were deployed to extinguish it.
