Emirates has resumed limited Dubai-Kuwait flights, operating one daily service compared to four before the regional disruption.
Both UAE long-haul carriers now serve Kuwait, with Etihad also running one daily flight from Abu Dhabi.
Emirates similarly resumed limited Bahrain services on 15 August, offering one daily flight, down from three previously.
Kuwait Airways and Jazeera Airways continued operating several daily UAE flights throughout the period of disruption.
