Tens of thousands of residents in Reno, Nevada, have been evacuated due to the Hawk Fire, with 42,000 displaced and an additional 45,000 on alert to evacuate.
Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo declared a state of emergency and authorized National Guard support to assist in firefighting efforts as conditions remain critical.
