The Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association said it has concluded plans to honour outstanding employers and organisations across Nigeria at the 5th Edition of the NECA Employers’ Excellence Awards, scheduled for November in Lagos.
NECA, in a statement on Sunday, explained that the 2026 Awards, themed “Celebrating Excellence in Enterprise, Leadership and Responsible Employment,” will recognise organisations that demonstrate exceptional performance in enterprise, workplace excellence, leadership, innovation, employee development, good governance and responsible employment practices.
“Over the years, the NECA Employers’ Excellence Awards has become an important platform for recognising organisations that combine business success with responsible leadership, investment in people and positive contributions to society.
“The awards also celebrate employers demonstrating excellence in employee welfare, diversity and inclusion, corporate social responsibility, innovation and sustainable enterprise development,” the statement read in part.
