Aug 24, 2026 – 5.00amTabcorp chief executive Gillon McLachlan sold shares in a fast-growing gambling start-up that counts the bookmaking giant as one of its biggest investors to his celebrity brother Hamish McLachlan as part of efforts to pass probity and conflict of interest tests when he took the top job.The Tabcorp board was satisfied that no conflict of interest existed after Gillon McLachlan sold 40,000 shares in Dabble Sports seven months after he became chief executive.
