The Maharashtra Transport Department has increased the fees for Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificates for motor vehicles in the state by 20%, according to a statement issued on Sunday.All PUC centres across Maharashtra have been instructed to implement the revised rates.Under the new fee structure, the PUC charge for two-wheelers has increased from Rs 50 to Rs 60.For petrol-powered three-wheelers, the fee has been raised from Rs 100 to Rs 120.
