Dubai's government is introducing a unified AI-powered system to monitor employee productivity across 32 government departments.

The system analyses the relationship between resources and outputs, aiming to enhance planning efficiency and institutional performance.

The move aligns with broader UAE ambitions to deploy AI agents across half of all federal government services within two years.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, has pledged to train every federal employee to master AI.
