Aug 23, 2026 – 10.30pmPerth-based conglomerate Wesfarmers will team up with the Albanese government through its signature National Reconstruction Fund to invest a combined $220 million in an Australian-first facility building modular components for apartment buildings.The NRF will on Monday unveil a $120 million grant for Built Living’s new manufacturing facility north of Perth, marking the fund’s first investment in manufactured housing.
