Obviously everybody knows when you get deep into the postseason, you are facing the best arms on the planet. He has fully bought into the approach interim manager Don Mattingly was preaching, working counts and making the opposing pitcher work.While home runs are a great equalizer, teams have to be capable of playing small ball to create runs.
