Butker has made a kick from at least 53 yards in each of his nine NFL seasons, dating back to 2017. He also holds the record for the longest field goal in Super Bowl history, a 57-yarder in the team’s win over the San Francisco 49ers in February of 2024.The record for the longest field goal in NFL history is 68 yards, set by Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Cam Little last season in the team’s Week 9 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. Little has become one of the faces of a new league trend that has seen kickers attempting and making longer field goals. He connected on a 67-yarder in Week 18 last season, giving him the two longest official field goals in NFL history. The latter is also a record for the longest outdoor field goal, as it took place at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville.
