NEW YORK, August 23. /TASS/. A light aircraft has crashed near a beach in the city of Boca Raton, Florida, in the southeastern United States, the local police department said.
"Boca Raton Police are assisting with a small-engine plane crash. The sole occupant of the plane was transported to an area hospital as a precaution," the city police said on X.
The Federal Aviation Administration is currently investigating the circumstances of the incident, and specialists are working to retrieve the aircraft from the water.
