Spot bitcoin (BTC) ETFs logged $1.9 billion in net inflows, while spot ether ETFs drew $697.2 million. Both categories recorded their largest weekly inflows of 2026.

The result reversed a combined $392.0 million outflow during the previous week, representing a week-over-week swing of about $3 billion. It also more than doubled the $1.1 billion combined inflow recorded during the week ending Aug. 7, which was then the strongest result for both categories since April, as The Block previously reported.

Bitcoin ETF volume more than triples

The $1.9 billion in inflows to U.S. bitcoin ETFs was those funds' largest weekly total since the week ending Oct. 10, 2025, which saw $2.7 billion in net inflows, per SoSoValue data. Cumulative net inflows since the bitcoin ETFs began trading reached $53.7 billion.
