Air platforms of Joint Task Force North East, Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), have conducted a series of successful intelligence-led precision strikes against terrorist concentrations in different locations across Borno State.
The operations, which started between the night of 21 and the early hours of 22 August 2026, led to the killing of scores of Boko Haram/ISWAP Terrorists.
This was disclosed in a press statement signed by the Acting Media Information Officer, Headquarters Joint Task Force North East Operation HADIN KAI, Captain Mohammed Goni, on Saturday.
He said: “The coordinated air operations followed credible intelligence and confirmatory Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions that identified movements and concentrations of suspected terrorists.
