Five adult males reportedly died in a road traffic accident involving a Toyota Camry and an Iveco truck on the Badagry Expressway.
The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) disclosed this in a statement on Saturday in Lagos.
The Permanent Secretary of LASEMA, Dr Olufemi Oke-Osanyitolu, said the accident occurred at about 5:16 a.m. at Sawmill, near Mowo Bus Stop, along the Badagry Expressway.
Oke-Osanyitolu said that the agency immediately deployed its “Dolphin Team” to the scene.
He said preliminary investigations showed that the Toyota Camry, with registration number FKJ 630KS, collided head-on with an Iveco truck, marked T28081 LA.
