The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heavy rainfall forecast in five Telangana districts for Sunday, August 23.According to IMD’s latest bulletin, heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at Kumaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally and Mulugu districts. Additionally, thunderstorms accompanied with lightning and gusty winds are very likely to occur at isolated places in Adilabad, Kumaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagtial, Rajanna Sircilla, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanumakonda, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Medchal Malkajgiri, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak, Kamareddy and Mahabubnagar districts. Hyderabad city and its surrounding areas for the next 24 hours will see a partly cloudy sky. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 33℃ and 25℃ respectively,” the bulletin said.
