DUBAI: Swiss jeweler Chopard has spotlighted Lebanese model Nour Arida and Argentine model Georgina Rodriguez on social media over the past week, sharing images of Arida from the Cannes Film Festival and a run of new high-jewelry portraits of Rodriguez.
The house published a set of images looking back at the 79th edition of the festival, under the caption “Every entrance has a story.” It showed preparations and red carpet arrivals featuring Arida alongside Rodriguez, Adriana Lima and Poppy Delevingne.
Arida closed the runway finale at Chopard’s Miracles high jewelry evening in Cannes, walking with Liu Wen, Eva Herzigova and Lima at a dinner attended by Bella Hadid, Demi Moore, Carla Bruni and Sofia Carson.
The model has been the global face of French jewelry house Boucheron since 2020 and is a regional ambassador for Turkish label Nocturne. She has walked at Paris Fashion Week for Zadig & Voltaire and Paco Rabanne. Arida was named Arab Woman of the Year in London in 2023 for her advocacy on women’s rights.
She launched her skincare brand Sorbe in November. She is also set to lead “Confidence Is Queen,” a reality series following Arab women through a journey of self-discovery.
