Mitchell Starc produced a sensational opening spell to rip through Bangladesh in the second Test at Mackay on Saturday, taking six wickets for 12 runs as the visitors were bowled out for just 64.Starc struck with the first ball of the innings, dismissing Shadman Islam for a duck, and in the process moved past England great James Anderson for the most instances of taking a wicket in the opening over of a Test match. Captain Pat Cummins added to their woes, taking three wickets for 25 runs as Bangladesh slipped to 39/9.Bangladesh, however, managed to avoid their lowest-ever total in Test cricket. He now has 19 five-wicket hauls and three 10-wicket match hauls, with best Test figures of 7/58, at an average of 26.27.Australia also lost early wickets in reply. At the tea break, the hosts were 50/3, with Steve Smith unbeaten on six and Cameron Green on one.Travis Head was dismissed for 22, while Matt Renshaw made eight and Marnus Labuschagne four. Shoriful Islam claimed two wickets for six runs, while Taskin Ahmed took one for 26, leaving Australia 41/3 before Smith and Green steadied the innings.
