Two workers were killed and nine others were injured in a reactor blast at a pharma company in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district, Telangana. According to police, the incident occurred late on Friday night in the unit. The incident happened at the Hazelo Pharma industry located in Dothigudemin Pochampally mandal, when the workers were changing shift.Further investigation is ongoing, police said.Published on August 22, 2026
