Archival repost — originally published on my old blog on May 27, 2013, right on the heels of the "in progress" post. Already in English, lightly cleaned up for dev.to. NodeJitsu shut down in 2015, so the hosting details here are historical only — the "ditch WordPress for a flat-file Node.js blog" idea still holds up fine today.
I'm done revamping the blog with Lectroid. This blog engine offers all the basic features you'd need. It's currently hosted on NodeJitsu on their cheapest plan. The frontend is fully responsive, built with Twitter Bootstrap.
So — what's your take on the new setup?
