Eight people were killed after a civilian-contracted plane crashed near a US military radar site in western Alaska, according to the US military.
According to CNBC-TV18, the aircraft crashed while approaching the Cape Newenham Long Range Radar Site Airport, a remote facility located about 450 miles west of Anchorage. The two pilots and six passengers on board were killed in the crash.
