Aug. 21 (UPI) -- BritBox is gearing up for the release of the new series Hercule.
The streaming service shared first-look photos for the show Friday featuring Killing Eve and My Lady Jane actor Edward Bluemel.
Hercule is six-part drama starring Bluemel as a younger version of the Agatha Christie character Hercule Poirot, a famed detective.
The series "will center around three of Christie's early stories, while also introducing Hercule Poirot to future friends and allies and one particular nemesis," an official synopsis reads.
Other cast members include Henry Ashton, James D'Arcy, Calvin Demba, Phil Dunning, Jack Gleeson, Tamsin Greig, James Nesbitt, Guy Remmers, Rebecca Rittenhouse and Mawaan Rizwan.
