The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation has raised ₹1,386 crore by auctioning 5.25 acres at Raidurg in Hyderabad at ₹264 crore per acre, a 51 per cent premium over the reserve price.

The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has raised the benchmark for premium land values in Hyderabad, securing ₹1,386 crore from the e-auction of 5.25 acres at Raidurg here on Friday.Plot No. P1 in Raidurg, which is close to the city’s IT hub, was offered at a reserve price of ₹175 crore per acre and eventually sold for ₹264 crore per acre, representing a 51 per cent premium over the reserve price.“The outcome signals strong investor confidence in Hyderabad’s strategic business corridors and Telangana’s infrastructure-led growth model,” TGIIC said in a release.New high for Raidurg corridorThe latest result also marks a significant jump from TGIIC’s previous Raidurg auction in May 2026, when land fetched ₹237 crore per acre.At ₹264 crore per acre, Plot P1 sets a new high for the corridor, underscoring sustained competition for scarce premium development land.JLL advises on e-auctionThe auction was conducted through the MSTC e-Auction platform, with JLL serving as the exclusive transaction advisor.TGIIC Vice Chairman and Managing Director K.
