An investigation is underway", Minister of Defence Antti Häkkänen (NCP) said in a press release.The Finnish Border Guard has since reported that the suspected violation involved a Russian IL-20 reconnaissance aircraft.According to the Border Guard, the suspected violation lasted approximately three minutes.
