Apollo Micro Systems, a defence and aerospace technology company, has received orders worth ₹81 crore from defence PSUs, state governments and private industries. As of August, the company’s consolidated order book stood at ₹1,704 crore.Founded in 1985, Apollo Micro Systems, is involved in design, development and manufacturing of advanced defence electronics, embedded systems, electronic warfare suites, electro-optic systems and complete weapon system solutions for the Indian Armed Forces and global customers.The company is an established tier-I supplier to DRDO, HAL, BEL and the Ministry of Defence, and is now licensed to manufacture missile-class weapon systems under the Arms Act, 1959.In the June quarter, the company’s net profit grew 43 per cent at ₹25 crore, against ₹18 crore logged in the same period last year.Revenue surged 88 per cent to ₹251 crore, while EBITDA increased 31 per cent YoY to ₹54 crore.Baddam Karunakar Reddy, Managing Director, Apollo Micro Systems, said the company intends to build on the growth momentum with greater vigour and sharper execution, while remaining firmly aligned with the evolving requirements of the defence sector.The opportunity ahead is significant, and we will continue to strengthen capabilities, deepen contribution to national defence preparedness and deliver with greater speed, discipline and purpose, he added.Published on August 21, 2026
