A 16-year-old allegedly linked to the violent international online network known as “764” is now facing 15 charges after the State added four more counts during his second appearance in the Malmesbury Magistrate’s Court on Thursday.
The teenager returned to court following an assessment by a district surgeon, who recommended that he undergo a mental evaluation.
His case was postponed to August 27 for a formal bail application.
Until then, the teenager will be kept at a place of safety.
