Aug. 20 (UPI) -- Dune and Guardians of the Galaxy actor Dave Bautista is to replace injured actor Ryan Hust as Kratos in Prime Video's God of War series.
The Hollywood Reporter, Variety and Deadline confirmed Bautista's casting in the video-game adaptation Thursday.
Hurst recently dropped out of the project because treatment for his torn bicep would have held filming up until next year.
He was hurt on set four months into shooting.
