Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke
The Nigeria Democratic Congress candidate for Ijesa South Federal Constituency, Gideon Aloba, has urged the Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, not to betray the trust, love and confidence reposed in him by the people following his victory in the August 15 governorship election.
Aloba, in a statement made available to our correspondent on Wednesday in Osogbo, congratulated Adeleke on his victory, describing the outcome as a reflection of the will of the people.
The NDC chieftain urged Adeleke to regard his victory as a renewed call to service and a greater responsibility to the people of the state.
He specifically appealed to the governor to continue delivering on his promises and putting the interests of the people first.
