President Bola Tinubu, on Thursday, received in audience the chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, Dr Musa Aliyu (SAN), at the Aso Rock Villa, Abuja.
Our correspondent spotted Aliyu arriving at the Villa Premises at about 05:40 pm for the engagement.
Thursday’s visit comes a day after Tinubu, at the Federal Executive Council meeting on Wednesday, directed a comprehensive forensic investigation into the fictitious Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council scandal.
It followed earlier disclosures by the ICPC about at least two additional fake agencies operating within government institutions beyond the one already known to the public.
