Russia’s St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange (Spimex), the country’s largest trading platform for petroleum products sales, has finally started sales of gasoline that Russia imported from non-former Soviet Union (FSU) countries in a move aimed at easing pressures on the domestic fuel market amid continued Ukrainian attacks on the country’s refineries.
