Investments in completed Dubai real estate projects reached $30.2 billion in the first half of 2026, up 52 per cent year-on-year.

The number of completed projects rose nearly 39 per cent annually to 104, with residential supply exceeding 24,500 units, up 36 per cent.

Land allocated for completed developments more than doubled, with its value surging 135 per cent to $5.3 billion.

The growth "represents a renewed vote of confidence from the global business community and investors in the strength of Dubai's economic environment," said Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence.
