Malaysian property developer Mah Sing is selling land in Selangor to data center developer DayOne.
In a stock exchange announcement, the company announced this week that its wholly owned subsidiary, Southville City Sdn Bhd (SVCSB), sold land in Daerah Sepang, a district south of Kuala Lumpur.

SVCSB this week entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with WG Malaysia X Sdn Bhd for the sale of 78.80 acres of freehold land located in Southville City township, Mukim Dengkil.
The deal was for a total cash consideration of RM617.8 million ($152.8m). The land is currently vacant, and the buyer intends to develop it into a data center. The deal is set to close in the second half of 2027.
