The Hyperliquid token jumped 26% after Trump said regulators were working to bring the decentralized exchange to the U.S.

President Donald Trump urged Congress on Thursday to pass cryptocurrency legislation, sending Bitcoin up more than 11% to above $71,000 and sparking a broad rally across digital assets.

CNBC reported Bitcoin changing hands at $71,880, while Barron's cited a slightly different figure of $71,732. Over that same stretch, Ethereum climbed 19% and XRP was up 15%. Bitcoin remains well below its all-time high of $126,198, set last October, and a 2026 peak of $94,820 reached in mid-January.
