Selected fellows will engage with policymakers, understand how Mumbai's civic body functions from the inside, and build hands-on leadership experience over the course of one year.Participants will receive a certificate of participation upon completion of the programme.BMC has positioned the fellowship as a leadership pipeline for young Mumbaikars who want to contribute to the city's development under its Viksit Mumbai vision.BMC Gen Z Fellowship EligibilityTo apply, candidates must hold a graduate degree in any stream. Proficiency in Marathi, including reading, writing, and speaking, is listed as essential. Adequate knowledge of Hindi and English is also required, as is working knowledge of computers and the internet.The age cutoff is 28 years.
