Manchester United are closing in on a third centre-midfield signing of the summer and have made a £60m bid for Carlos Baleba with the Brighton player expected to move to Old Trafford. United have tracked the Cameroon international for some time and could improve their offer by £5m, with the player first targeted last summer.
