The gaming setup inside the Malmesbury home where a 16-year-old was arrested on Monday, allegedly used to direct 11 American children

A Malmesbury teenager, accused of instructing children in the US, some as young as 11, to engage in sexual acts and to torture and behead their pets, is set to make his second court appearance on Thursday.

The children allegedly filmed these acts and sent the footage to him.

These claims are outlined in the charge sheet against the 16-year-old, who was arrested at the Mount Royal Golf and Country Estate on Monday.

His arrest followed alerts from the FBI, the US Embassy in Pretoria, and the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children about his connection to the violent online network known as 764, which exploits vulnerable individuals through grooming and coercion.
