Peeko, a babycare platform for new-age parents, has raised ₹67.4 crore in its Series A funding round led by Chiratae Ventures, with participation from existing investor Stellaris Venture Partners and prominent angel investors. The fresh capital will be deployed toward business expansion, technology development and team hiring, as Peeko deepens its presence in Bengaluru and prepares to enter new cities.Peeko aims to be the parenting partner for new-age parents and is built to address all three with a curated assortment of 25,000-30,000 SKUs spanning apparel and accessories, toys and learning, baby gear, and consumables – roughly five times what a typical baby store stocks. The products are delivered in under 60 minutes, with a try-and-buy and instant returns option helping parents check the fit and quality.Chetan Sharma, Co-founder of Peeko, said, “By bringing an offline-like shopping experience to the doorstep, we’ve earned the trust of more than one lakh parents who have shopped on our platform since we launched eleven months ago. We’re seeing strong adoption of our try-and-buy feature, with the majority of transacting users opting for it when placing an order. Customers love us for the quality and curation of our products. The fresh capital will help us deepen our presence in Bengaluru and bring this shopping experience to more cities.”The company covers 50-55 per cent of Bengaluru with 60-minute delivery and will scale to six dark stores by the end of 2026 to cover the entire city.Addressing market gapAnoop N Menon, Partner and Consumer-Tech Lead, Chiratae Ventures, commented, “Baby and kids commerce in India remains a large opportunity and in need for an alternate destination for new-age parents. Peeko has built the category-defining answer – deep curation, sub-60-minute delivery and a genuine try-and-buy experience that we believe addresses an important gap in the market. We are confident that the team will be able to continue its execution with strong customer retention than anyone else in the space we’ve tracked.”Rahul Chowdhri, Partner, Stellaris Venture Partners, said, “Peeko has earned genuine trust with parents for selection and convenience, delivering high-quality products to the doorstep in under 60 minutes. What gives us confidence is the traction – strong try-and-buy adoption and repeat usage from parents who keep coming back. We’re thrilled to double down on this team as they scale and build a category-defining babycare commerce platform.”Peeko was co-founded by IIT alumni Chetan Sharma (ex-Leap), Vivek Khetan (ex-OYO), and Abhijit Gairola (ex-Leap) and has raised $3.2M in seed funding led by Stellaris Venture Partners in 2025.Published on August 20, 2026
