At this point, it’s easy to assume robot vacuums come a dime a dozen, but people are slowly realizing that not all are created equal. Though you can nab one from nearly any big box retailer, reviewers have begun trading their older robots in for one time-saving model in particular: The Roomba 105 Vac Robot + AutoEmpty Dock. Not only do they love how well it sucks up debris and the clingiest of pet fur, but they’re also smitten by the self-emptying feature that actually works consistently. People are dubbing it an “invaluable household helper,” grabbing multiples for different parts of their homes, and recommending it to family. Even better? And through August 22, the self-emptying Roomba is a whopping $200 off.
This cleaning buddy has a self-emptying Autodock that holds up to 75 days of debris, while its bag traps 99% of allergens as small as 0.7 microns. It also uses ClearView LiDAR navigation to map your home, a three-stage cleaning system with multi-surface and edge-sweeping brushes, plus what iRobot describes as “70 times” more power-lifting suction than its older models.
Of all iRobot’s beloved devices, the Roomba 105 seems to be winning over new and longtime Roomba owners with its feature upgrades.
