They then found a fourth body at another address - before finding the gunman dead in a wooded area, along with another victim.‌Police spokesperson Lt Ashley Miller said: "This situation is heartbreaking for the community and challenging for the investigators involved.‌"We are going to conduct a thorough investigation. And we want to make sure to keep our community members up to date on our current situation and what we're discovering throughout this process."Earlier, Michigan State Police shared on social media that officers were investigating a shooting in the area that was reported just before noon local time. Authorities were hunting Hickman, 39, who they said should be considered "armed and dangerous."‌Officers later found the mna's vehicle near Whitlock Lake, where officers located his body along with a fifth deceased victim.The force initially responded to a shooting at an address, where they discovered three people dead and one person wounded. The injuried person remains in hospital.Investigators tracked the suspect's car, where but he and another victim were dead when they arrived.
